We had an amazing time photographing this stylized child photo shoot in Eagle, Idaho.

It is so amazing to create a beautiful environment and let my child’s imagination run free. She couldn’t wait to tell he big brother and sister that she got to play with her dolly’s in a bath that mama filled with milk.

What started out purely as an exercise to shot a cliché scene in a new way, quickly took on a life of it’s own. While exploring the very popular Milk Bath trend I enlisted the help of my four-year-old simply because I do not know any pregnant woman in their last trimester. As soon as my girl got in the bath you could see her head was about to explode with excitement. What was this and why was mama dumping milk into her tubby. When I turned my head to check my camera settings she put her head down close to the water and lapped it up like a kitten. I don’t think it actually tasted anything like milk though as I watched her scrub her tongue clean with a washcloth.
