Zoe had a wax museum in her 3rd grade class, where they dress up as a famous person and give a speech. Thank the heavens she got to choose Dolly Parton and sing some 9 to 5 to her class. (Back in the eighties when I was in 3rd grade we did something similar and I choose Loretta Lynn…) You know what they say about the acorn and the tree.
Her amazing teacher had a program from an actual Dolly Parton concert form 1985 in Washington State. Zoe and I poured over the book choosing our favorite poses. You know what we had to happen!
