Veterans Memorial Park – Boise
The Cruse family was amazing and the park was gorgeous. Mom chose Veterans Memorial Park and we shot at 10 in the morning. After just moving here from Phoenix this was entirely new territory both in location and time of day for me. If I shot in Arizona at 10 in the morning you could imagine harsh sun and a ton of contrast and one hot and sweaty family. Here in beautiful Idaho it was nothing but gorgeous light in an awesome park.
I have to admit this is my favorite session ever, although my most recent session is ALWAYS my fave. Each session I have learned a little bit more about lighting or composition or about interacting with families and each time I grow just a tiny bit more.
